I've spent almost 30 years creating video and marketing content for businesses of all sizes — from small local companies to Fortune 500 corporations.

Over the years, I learned something that changed how I work: strong content can get attention, but attention alone does not create results. Too often, businesses invest in great content and still struggle to turn that visibility into consistent leads, follow-up, and growth.

I still believe great creative and clear messaging matter. In fact, they matter more than ever. But today, content has to do more than look good — it has to work inside a system that supports lead capture, follow-up, customer communication, and long-term growth.

That is where smart automation comes in. I use it thoughtfully to help businesses create and deploy content more efficiently, while also connecting that content to follow-up systems and automated customer journeys that save time, reduce friction, and improve results.
